•Has a shared driveway with one other cabin; the other cabin is about 50 yards away from this cabin (see photos)
•Outdoor charcoal BBQ grill (BYOC – Bring your own charcoal)
FISHING POND AND COMMUNITY POOL & POND
•There is a catch-and-release pond in the neighborhood that is about a 5-minute walk from the cabin.
•We provide 4 fishing poles. (BYOTB – Bring your own tackle and bait)
•You will also have seasonal access to the Honeysuckle Meadows Pool & Deli (and fishing pond) which is about a 5-minute drive from the cabin. (Season is typically May – October, depending on weather)
PARKING
•Parking at the property is somewhat limited. There is only room for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. There is nowhere else for you to park. Please look at other lodging options if you plan to bring more than 3 cars.

Summary: The Nest at Wears Valley is in my opinion one of the best overall vacation spots. The location is just 20 or so minutes outside the main road in pigeon forge. Just far enough away from any noise and close enough that daily trips are easy. The ponds and pool are lovely places to spend some of your days. The Nest is not super high up in the mountains and not at the bottom. Nestled right in the middle. Easy to navigate the roads and easy on your vehicles. The 3 levels provides everyone their own little space. While also being close. Cozy and comfy are as advertised. We'll be back!
